Dartmouth Sports Relief Family Fun Day Sunday 23rd March 10am – 2pm

Sports Relief is nearly upon us and here at Dartmouth Leisure Centre, we can barely contain our excitement at what we’ve got planned for you…
absolutely free! The kids will love our free face painter and a rumble in the jungle with the Really Wild Encounter animal show! Set in our own piece of rainforest, we have an interactive educational experience so both children and adults can enjoy getting close to and learning about unusual creatures.
Then if they’re not tired out by that, we’ve got a bouncy castle, trampolines and table tennis too. Our shiny silver trophy for the Tug of War has been polished up and is ready to be claimed by the winning team, but it’s about more than just the trophy… it’s about beating your friends and neighbours in the ultimate test of strength! To enter a team for the tug of war please
contact Andy Lawrence on

Also on site, we’ve got Louise from the Tone Leisure team who will be on hand to check your blood pressure and lung function. But of course we also have, the main event, the reason so many people
turn out every year and raise an awesome amount of money for charity- The Sports Relief Mile! Before you take your marks, competitors will be
fully warmed up by our team of fitness staff who will be running a special aerobics warm up, before you take on your 1,3 or 6 mile challenge! You can register for your place in the sport relief mile at
Best of luck to everyone taking part and if you’re not in it, please come along and support it.
We hope to see you there
